Theatre Horizon knows that drama in education promotes creativity, builds important teamwork, discipline, and speaking skills, and provides leadership opportunities for children!
Kids ages 7 - 12 get to be dramatic for a week during summer break playing fun acting games! Using their bodies, voices and imaginations, students create characters and work with others to write and perform their own show. A final performance for parents and friends on the last day gives young actors a chance to showcase their imaginative creations – in full costume!
The following summer camps are currently scheduled. Camps generally run from 9:00am – 3:00pm in most townships. Please call the Park and Recreation Department to register for a camp in your area.
