Your deposit must be received by the indicated due date. If the deposit is not received by due date, Theatre Horizon has the right to release your tickets.
You may change the number of people in your group up until one week before your performance date. Final payment is due at this time. After this point, there are no refunds for unused tickets or no-shows. You may still add additional tickets to your order after this date, as long as there are still seats available and payment for the additional tickets is given at the time of order.
If the order is received within one week of the performance, full payment will be due at the time the order is received.
Group tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. You must attend the same performance as your group in order to receive the discounted rate.
Tickets are held at the Box Office for the date of your performance. They will only be released to you if final payment has been received.
Theatre Horizon has accessible seating. However, we need to know in advance of any special needs in order to seat you appropriately.
Because our theatre is so intimate, we reserve the right to seat latecomers at the discretion of the Stage Manager.
